There’s no need to be angry at anything or anyone. It’ll only make you frustrated and ultimately make you go crazy. People will sometimes say mean things to you or you may not have something go your way. Sometimes it all seems a bit unfair and you want to make excuses for everything that’s going wrong in the world, particularly your world.
You may decide to yell at the person who upset you or throw your books away after a failed exam. It’s not helping anyone. It’s not helping you.
The best thing to do is to take yourself away from the situation and reflect on things. See what went wrong and approach the same situation differently. Just be persistent and believe that it’ll all work out in the end.
